- Personal Information: name, contact details, ID/passport, address, date of birth
- Company Information: registered name, incorporation documents, business address, beneficial owners, company identifiers
- Onboarding, KYC/AML and compliance documentation as required by payment, banking, or regulatory partners
B. Automatically Collected Information
- Device, browser, and usage data
- IP address, geolocation, and analytics identifiers
- Interaction logs, clicks, and page views on Sites or partner platforms
C. Transactional and Service Use Data
- Card transaction history, amounts, times, merchant details
- Repayment and usage histories
D. Information from Third Parties
- Credit bureaus, compliance agencies, partners, and service providers for KYC, fraud prevention, and analytics
E. Cookies and Tracking
- Session, tracking, and security cookies for analytics, fraud prevention, service functionality

- Support platform and service operations, customer service, product development

- Communicate with you about your service use, promotions, or account updates (opt-out available at any time)

Pay3 may share your information with:
- Authorized service providers, partners, payment issuers, or banks for account setup, verification, and transaction processing
- Compliance and regulatory agencies as required by law
- Merchants or third-parties when you transact using Pay3 cards

- Pay3 maintains reasonable safeguards per industry standards to protect personal data against unauthorized access, loss, destruction, or misuse

Personal data is retained as long as needed for service delivery, legal, compliance, or contractual obligations. Data can be deleted upon termination of your relationship with Pay3, subject to legal and regulatory requirements for retention.

- Where Pay3 transfers personal data outside Hong Kong for technical or compliance reasons, we ensure appropriate safeguards in line with PDPO requirements
8. Children’s Data
Pay3 does not knowingly collect information from persons under the age of 18. If such data is identified, please contact
